How to Use

Support your body with pillows until you find the most relaxed position possible. Gently settle onto the BoBlocks, allowing gravity and your body weight to create slow, sustained compression. Breathe slowly through your nose, making each exhale slightly longer than your inhale. Stay in stillness for the first 90 seconds before adding gentle micro-movements to explore the surrounding tissue. When you discover another area of tension, pause and return to stillness.
